Horses do not lie!
Through the eye of the horse, we can see ourselves. As humans, we tend to hide our feelings and fears, and we put on masks. Horses do not lie or put on masks. They help us face those feelings and fears by responding to our inner emotions. They do intervention by just being themselves. Horses are an outward expression of our inner selves. Horses allow us to see ourselves in a new way. Through their eyes, we get to see our situations from a new perspective. When we look at ourselves outwardly through the horse, we make connections, solve our problems and come up with our answers. When coming up with our answers, we are more likely to own them and apply them.
That is when it becomes life-changing!

Reaching the Core
Horses live in the present and know how to take care of themselves. They stay safe, and nourished, build relationships and fun. Horses help us humans learn how to live in the present and take care of ourselves.
Horses help us connect with the right side of our brains and get beyond just thinking, to believing, experiencing and applying. Sometimes too many words can cause one to get stuck in the healing process. We over analyze, or we say all the right words and nothing is healing deep within because the left side of the brain is interfering too much. Working directly with horses allows one to get beyond words and get straight to the core of our soul.
