Horses are herd animals and are concerned first for their safety.  They accept others from outside of their family groups and work together to stay safe.  Horses are very social animals.  They function very successfully in a herd.  Each member knows their place and responsibility within the herd.  They respect the lead mare (herd boss) and get disciplined if they fall out of line. The horses trust the herd boss to keep them safe.

Observing horses allows people to see and better understand the dynamics within our own social groups, businesses, and families.  If you desire for your business to function more as a herd, than you have come to the right place!

We will help your business or organization with team building, critical thinking, problem solving,  leadership, setting goals and/or communication.  You pick the focus for your staff, board or group and we will set up the activities for your staff to explore with the horses.

Staff will meet on site  at He Reigns Ranch for 2 hours.  For the first hour, they will do activities with the horses on the ground in the arena or pasture with the He Reigns Ranch director.  During the second hour, the staff will meet indoors with the director to discuss what happened and explore discoveries.
